With a degree in Law and a Masters in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam, Mascha’s career started in TV broadcasting (RTL) and TV Production (Endemol), before joining Google for the launch and rollout of YouTube Benelux, where she received the prestigious Google Global OC Award.
Mascha is passionate about ethical digital transformation, supporting Microsoft customers successfully harness the power of AI, machine learning and cognitive services, with the right use of data. Marketing with purpose lies at the heart of what she evangelizes for businesses to embrace and apply.
Experienced as a board member of several associations, Mascha is also a seasoned speaker, having presented at numerous international conferences across four continents, tackling a range of pertinent subjects, including the need for businesses to not only build and nurture a workforce that truly reflects the diverse communities they serve – but to then place them at the heart of a digital transformation journey.
